Natural Coffee Scrub:
3 parts used coffe grounds
2 parts table salt
After brewing coffee take the used grounds and
immediately put them into a ziplock bagans squeeze out all of
the air.
Mix in the salt before using. Use srub just before
showering .
Avocado Mask
1 avocado pureed
1 eggwhite
1 tablespoon honey
Combine ingredients in a small mixing bowl,
stir until thoroughly mixed.
Apply on face and neck and allow
to druy for 15 minutes. Rinse and apply astringent.
Citus Facial Cleanser
1/2 oz orange juice
2 oz plain yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
2 ounces sea salt
Combine the orange juice, yogurt and honey,
mix until completely blended.
Add salt to thicken to desired
consistancy. Rub over face and dÈcolletÈ. Rinse with water.
Hawaiin Facial Mask
1 oz pineapple juice
4 ounces pumkin from can
4 oz papaya pureed
1 egg white
Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix with a wisk by
hand until thoroghly mixed.
Applky to facial and neck skin and
leave for 10 minutes. Rinse with water and apply toner.
