Most orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Soap is heavy. For this reason expedited shipping can quickly become prohibitavily expensive. Please contact us if you think you require expedited shipping. We will try and get you the most competitive rate we can. Since we ship out of Northwest Indiana, most of the Midwest is 1-2 day transit time. Keep this in mind when planing your next order.
Delivery delays can occasinoally occur.
https://thesoapguy.com does indeed ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addressses.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Be sure to check the email associated with your PayPal account.
The Soap Guy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
The Soap Guy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International shipping fees for bulky items, like soap and bath bombs, are usually cost prohibitive. For this reason we generally do not ship internationally. If you are thinking about placing a large international order, please give us a call. These orders are handled on a case by case basis.
