  • The Soap Guy is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
  • Please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim; save all packaging and damaged goods.

  • There is a 30% restocking fee for any order that is over 45 days old.
  • Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds
