From a Simple Start
In 2002, as many other crafters were getting into the candle making business, we decided to concentrate on soap.
Our first soap recipe is the basis for the one we still use today. We have tinkered with it a little bit, but the basic recipe remains the same.
La Porte, Indiana: Our Home
All of our soap is made in La Porte, Indiana. Our facility, a hirstoric 100,000 square foot building, is a cherished part of the local community.
Originally a meat slicer factory built in 1915, the building has lent its name to the local high school baseball team, the La Porte Slicers.
