The customer experience is great, with fast shipping and an easy to navigate website. The soap smells great and lathers well, cleaning fantastically and leaving a faint, pleasant, lingering scent on the skin. It is a little drying to the skin but only a little and that's typical of real soap. It's not enough to take a star off.
